Job Description
We are hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators for a well-established precision manufacturing company in the Clearwater, and St Petersburg FL area.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
What We're Looking For:
- Previous CNC machine operating or machining experience
- Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision measuring tools
- Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift
Preferred Experience:
- Precision metal machining
- CNC turning or milling
- Multi-axis machining experience
- Setup, offsets, tooling, or basic machine adjustments
- Experience working with tight tolerances
