Embroidery Machine Operator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Embroidery Machine Operators for a company based in Largo, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for running computerized embroidery machines and help produce high-quality embroidered products.

$17.00 per hour, depending on experience

2nd shift:
Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 12:00am

• Operate multi-head embroidery machines.
• Load embroidery designs into the machine.
• Select the correct logo placement and thread colors.
• Hoop garments and products accurately.
• Check embroidery quality and ensure products are free of defects.
• Make basic machine adjustments, such as thread tension and needle changes.
• Monitor production and maintain quality throughout each job.
• Follow all safety procedures and sharps protocols.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of recent manufacturing production line experience
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work in fast-paced warehouse environment– high heat and cold temperatures.
• Able to lift 50lbs repetitively (lifting test will be provided)

Full-time, temporary to hire
