• Home visits in assigned service area:
  Largo, St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, and surrounding areas

• Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, providing care for clients as ordered, including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Identify, implement, and maintain appropriate teaching plans for patients and caregivers under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Follow plan of care and collaborate with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and changes in status.
• Utilize nursing knowledge in the administration of medication and evaluation of effectiveness when applicable.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• LPN (Registered Nurse) License
• Driver's License – State of Florida (Florida driver's license required within 30 days of hire)
• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
• 1 year of licensed practical nursing experience
• Preferred: 1 year of home care experience
