This low‑acuity, infusion‑focused RN role is ideal for nurses seeking meaningful one‑on‑one patient care without the intensity of hospital nursing.

✅ Minimal wound care

You’ll deliver home infusion therapy to patients, monitor their response, educate them and their families, and ensure safe, effective medication administration. This role requires skill with infusion pumps, sterile technique, and the ability to act independently in a home setting.

The Home Health Field RN Provides Hands‑on Care In The Home For a Group Of Patients Consistently Using The Nursing Process And Clinical Standards And Protocols. Responsibilities Include :

• Oversee the activities of the multi‑disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
• Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
• Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
• Review patient visits weekly and provide plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
• Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicate caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Driver’s License, State of Florida (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Associate’s or Diploma Nursing
• 1‑year Registered Nurse or 1‑year Licensed Practical Nurse experience
• Bachelor’s Nursing (Preferred)
• 1 year Home Care (Preferred)
