$75,000.00/yr – $89,000.00/yr

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff providing direct resident care to ensure quality resident care on the assigned unit.
• Assist in staff development and recruit and hire nursing staff.
• Provide direct resident care in accordance with established plans.
• Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants.
• Collect and document complete data on each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout their treatment.
• Help develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and work with families and other staff to resolve grievances.
• Complete Preceptor Training.
• Innovate and implement new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.

• Valid, unencumbered, active state RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a setting serving a similar aged/resident population; at least 1 year in nursing administration.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and team‑oriented with strong leadership skills.
