We are seeking a Formulation Development Scientist to join our dynamic team. • Develop formulations for complex injectable products including peptides, extended‑release systems, and novel drug delivery platforms.
• Conduct pre‑formulation studies, formulation optimization, and product characterization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (analytical, manufacturing, regulatory, quality).
• Design and execute experiments to ensure formulation stability, efficacy, and scalability.
• Prepare scientific reports, technical documentation, and regulatory‑compliant records (e.g., USFDA).
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in injectable pharmaceuticals through literature and industry updates.

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in formulation development, drug delivery, and injectables.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development and regulatory standards (preferred, not required).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive, hands‑on approach and eagerness to learn.
