Leasing Consultant, Mystic Bay, Part-Time

As a Leasing Consultant you will
  • Present a professional and friendly first impression at the community.
  • Achieve maximum occupancy by generating leads, greeting prospects in person and by phone, conducting property tours, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation, and completing move‑in paperwork and procedures.
  • Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Reports to

Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Schedule

20 houses per week – Monday to Friday (flexible). Saturdays 10:00 am‑4:00 pm (mandatory).

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
  • Retail services or sales experience desired.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Yardi program knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills.
Other Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug test, criminal history and background checks prior to employment.

Physical Demands
  • Read and comprehend moderately complex documents.
  • Verbal and written communication skills needed.
  • Use a computer and office equipment.
  • Typing, walking, standing, occasional bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Work environment noise level moderate.
  • Travel to different work sites via personal automobile.
