We’re looking for an
Operations Lead
who brings energy, character, initiative, and a genuine heart for serving others. This is more than a shift-lead position—you’ll play an important role in developing our team, maintaining operational excellence, and setting the standard for what great leadership looks like.

As an Operations Lead, you’ll work alongside senior restaurant leadership to keep each shift running smoothly, hold team members accountable, and create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and valued.

• Lead by example
  and set the tone for every shift through a positive, servant-hearted attitude.
• Coach and develop team members
  , helping them build confidence, skills, and leadership abilities.
• Support the day-to-day operation of a
  high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  .
• Ensure our standards for
  Operational Excellence and Recipe for Service
  are consistently upheld.
• Provide guests with prompt, friendly, and respectful service while creating genuine emotional connections.
• Help train new team members and make sure they feel welcomed and equipped for success.
• Lead opening and closing procedures and serve as a
  key holder
  .
• Count drawers, complete end-of-day procedures, and ensure the restaurant is ready for the next shift.
• Address team member performance and behavioral concerns with professionalism, respect, and consistency.
• Take initiative, solve problems, and respond with a
  sense of urgency
  when the restaurant needs you.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team where everyone shares ownership and responsibility.

• Prior leadership experience is required
  , such as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people and leadership skills.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service.
• The ability to coach and manage team member performance.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong professional references.
