Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) at Target is a part-time role focused on delivering excellent guest experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising. The style consultant helps guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked with accurately priced products and properly signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors. • Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising up to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing for clearances.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests; work merchandise from fitting rooms back to the salesfloor.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while adhering to safety and legal requirements (e.g., adult beverage laws where applicable).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.
• Cash handling ability and physical capability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; ability to climb ladders and perform stocking tasks safely.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
