This is a front-line sales role for someone who is confident, resilient, and motivated by performance. You’ll work primarily with homeowners who have already raised their hand, but success in this role also requires follow-up, persistence, and a true sales mindset.

Base Pay + Performance-Based Commission

Start with a stable base salary while earning upside commissions directly tied to deals you close. Your effort and skill determine your income: there’s no ceiling for top performers.

You’re not selling widgets or chasing meaningless quotas. You’re helping homeowners navigate real-life decisions by providing timely and honest solutions during critical moments to reduce the stress on the seller: work that actually matters and makes a positive impact.

This role is built for growth. High performers can advance into senior acquisitions, leadership positions, or expanded responsibilities as the company scales.

You’ll receive hands-on training in acquisition strategies, negotiation, objection handling, and deal structuring, plus ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills and improve results over time.
