Job Summary:

We are looking for a Termite/Rodent Attic Restoration Specialist (Exclusion Tech) to join our team. The Termite/Rodent Attic Restoration Specialist will be responsible for performing preventive rodent and termite services for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. The Technician’s duties include inspecting structures for evidence of pest activity; trapping and removing rodents from structures; sealing and blocking off entry points; setting up deterrents;

educating customers on proven pest control practices; and completing written reports.

• Inspect structures for signs of rodent & pest activity
• Deploy traps and relocation tools
• Seal, block, and screen off entry points to prevent re-entry
• Set up deterrents
• Educate customers on proven pest control practices
• Document all service activities in detail including findings, actions taken, and recommendations
• Communicate professional, courteous customer service
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in good working order
• Other tasks as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Some construction experience is very helpful
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and dirty environments and have experience doing so
