M.R. Electricians of Pinellas County, FL is looking to hire a Service Professional to work directly with customers to provide solutions to their electrical service items. You will troubleshoot issues and explain to customers their solution options, plus train and guide service apprentices on a per job basis.

A Service Professional earns $60,000-$120,000 per year, depending on skill and experience. Our electricians are also eligible for generous benefits including medical insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and a 401k. • Troubleshooting issues client is having and providing solution and explanation for why it is the best option
• Provide flat rate pricing option to every customer
• Repairing electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and equipment so they remain up to code and at full functioning capacity
• Measuring, cutting, and bending conduit
• Maintaining clean work area when conducting work and leaving a clean area when work is complete
• Providing timely and completed documentation of work provided
• Boosting customer relations through professional behavior and positive work attitude
• Checking for additional service opportunities for client related to service item
• Identifying and resolving any hazards/not up to code devices/wiring
• Driving company vehicle in safe manner, adhering to company policies and safety protocols
• Training and providing guidance to service apprentice on site
• Educating client on issue at hand and possible solution options
• Acquiring materials necessary to complete service

• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
• Successfully pass background check
• Knowledge of Service Fusion a plus
• Ability to work with hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, screwdrivers, tester, etc.)
• Ability to safely operate power tools
• Ability to lift heavy objects, squat, bend down, climb ladders
• Up to date knowledge of residential codes in applicable region
• 3+ years experience in electrical field

Full-Time position

Salary: $60,000-$120,000 per year, depending on skill and experience.
