** What You’ll Do
*** Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
* Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
* Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
* Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
* Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
* Uphold company ethics and safety standards.
** What You Bring
*** High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
* Ability to read and write in English.
* Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
* 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
* Strong understanding of safety protocols.
** Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
*** Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
* Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
