Description
This is a home visiting position within the Gold Medal Dads Program. The fathers services specialist meets with the dads assigned to his caseload to support them to be the best dads they can be through utilizing the 24/7 dads curriculum, and providing needed resources and referrals. Flexibility in work hours is required to meet the needs of working dads.
Qualifications- 1 year experience working with families and/or fathers.
- Experience being a dad preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Position pays $40,320 annually.
