Inventory Control Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented inventory professional to maintain accurate stock records and support material flow across warehouse and production operations.

• Key Duties: Perform cycle counts and audits, resolve inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, process inventory transactions, and coordinate with receiving, production, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of inventory control, warehouse, or material management experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Preferred: Manufacturing experience, cycle counting and reconciliation knowledge, barcode or inventory system experience, and forklift experience.

• Physical Requirement: Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; occasional overtime.
