We are seeking a smart, organized, and personable Executive Assistant to support one of the Co-Founders of a hedge fund in San Francisco, CA. This role offers direct exposure to a small, driven investment team, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to contribute meaningfully to a growing firm.
Responsibilities- Provide dedicated administrative support to Co-Founder
- Manage complex calendars across PST, EST, and international time zones
- Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts
- Schedule calls, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate Zoom/AV requirements
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Assist with office operations, document management, and workflow tracking
- Provide support to onsite team as needed, including IT help and troubleshooting
- Partner with the NYC EA for seamless cross-office coordination
- Maintain professional, friendly communication with internal teams, investors, stakeholders, and vendors
- Uphold confidentiality while representing the firm with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with coordination of investor meetings
- Support research tasks, offsite logistics, and firm events
- Provide support to finance team and assist with reimbursements, allocations, and expense tracking
- 1–3+ years supporting senior executives a plus; finance or start-up experience also a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Zoom, and office technology
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
- Friendly, upbeat, smart, and solutions-oriented personality

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
M-F onsite, 8:30am-4:30pm
Compensation and benefits$90-110K DOE, full health coverage, 401(k), daily lunch stipend. Medical insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k).
