We operate 14 high‑end offices across California—from Marin to Redwood City, Burlingame, Irvine, and beyond—while expanding into new locations. Our team of clinicians, health coaches, and member care coordinators passionately support members with knowledge, personal guidance, and evidence‑based science.

  Regional Operations Manager
• Classification:
  Full‑time/Part Time – non‑exempt (25+ hours a week)
• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday – Thursday 6:50 am – 2:00 pm in Embarcadero;
  Friday/ Saturday as needed in Marin and Laurel Heights (some later hours required)
• Location:
  
  Commuter capable of visiting Marin, Laurel Heights, and Embarcadero clinic locations

• Vibrant Frontline Presence:
  Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the start.
• Swift Communication Mastery:
  Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails, holding a high standard for timely communication.
• Member Success Advocacy:
  Guide new members through a seamless onboarding process, present agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions while fostering lasting relationships.
• Administrative Dynamo:
  Handle order processing, billing, and inventory management efficiently.
• Logistical Marvel:
  Manage mail, packages, deliveries, and shipments; support new‑hire setup and training.

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, scheduling and billing systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent multi‑tasking skills; ability to perform duties efficiently in a fast‑paced work environment with few errors.
• High ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Flexible team‑player mentality; ability to work collaboratively in an intimate clinical setting.
