THE EMPLOYER IS: BEST LETS NI LTDWe are hiring a book keeper/admin assistant for our busy estate agency in Larne.
Working hours are flexible over 3 or 4 days for the right candidate.
- Inputting business supplier invoices on Sage.
- Preparing for quarterly VAT return.
- Recording sub contractors' bills on a separate system.
- General estate agency office support as and when required.
- Be qualified to A Level or above.
- Have experience working in a busy customer faced office/hospitality etc.
- Preferably have a minimum two years experience using Sage or similar.
- Ideally have an accounting/book keeping qualification.
