Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Larne- £30,000+ per annum
This position is offering a competitive starting salary of £30,000-£32,000 per annum.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
- Process purchase invoices through Light Year and Sage 50 Accounts
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Data input on Sage 50 Accounts
- Purchase order reconciliation
- Cash handling
- Work to deadlines - prioritise workload and work on own initiative
- Routine administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, scanning, printing and filing
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English together with a minimum of 2 years accounts experience.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Applicants should have experience in Sage Software and be IT proficient to include Microsoft Excel.
