Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Larne- £30,000+ per annum

This position is offering a competitive starting salary of £30,000-£32,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process purchase invoices through Light Year and Sage 50 Accounts
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Data input on Sage 50 Accounts
  • Purchase order reconciliation
  • Cash handling
  • Work to deadlines - prioritise workload and work on own initiative
  • Routine administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, scanning, printing and filing
The Person
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English together with a minimum of 2 years accounts experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Applicants should have experience in Sage Software and be IT proficient to include Microsoft Excel.
