Subcontractor fencing​/Retaining Walls Installer Squad

This is a contract role for a Subcontractor Fencing/Retaining Walls Installer Squad, designed as a remote position with work originating from project sites. Responsibilities include installing retaining walls, fencing, and gates while ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards. The role requires interpreting design plans and following applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Technical skills in retaining wall and fencing installation, including the ability to read and follow design plans, measurements, and construction specifications.
• Knowledge of materials such as gabion, concrete, modular block, and fencing types, and experience ensuring compliance with BS 8002:1994 & Eurocode 7 standards.
• Practical experience with the installation access gate systems.
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, architects, and team members on-site.
• Proficiency in operating construction equipment and tools with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
• Problem-solving skills to ensure solutions for project-specific challenges, such as retaining wall stability and site-leveling issues.
• Availability for travel to project sites as needed, with the ability to meet project deadlines while working independently.
• Previous experience in civil engineering, fencing, or retaining wall installation is an added advantage. Experience in the Construction industry is essential.
