Human Resources Manager – Caterpillar Inc.
Location:
Larne, Northern Ireland. Compensation Grade: 24.
Salary: £53,288 – £70,000 per annum. Full‑time.
Benefits- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
- Up to 18% annual bonus.
- Car allowance £500 per month.
- Contributory pension scheme – company matches up to 6%.
- Contributory share scheme – company matches 50%.

- Lead a team of HR professionals; align HR policies and programs with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted coach for managers on performance, compensation and benefits.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data‑driven recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with management as a strategic advisor to prioritize HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and practices; foster employee engagement and development.
- Support the Electric Power Division’s HR strategy and sustain a high‑performance culture.
- University degree preferred.
- Experience leading an HR team and managing HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law and employee relations.
- Proven ability to influence, coach and drive results in a complex organization.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
