Power Platform & Fabric Solutions Developer

Location: Larne, Northern Ireland
Contract: 12 months, with potential extension
Rate: 33.25 per hour PAYE
IR35: Inside IR35
Working: Fully on-site
Start: ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility around start/finish times

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Fabric Solutions Developer to join an established technology team in Larne.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Copilot Studio, delivering enterprise-level data, automation and business application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, reports and dashboards
• Build and manage Microsoft Fabric solutions including Lake houses, Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks and pipelines
• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security roles
• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps
• Create and manage Power Automate cloud flows and, where required, desktop/RPA automation
• Develop Copilot Studio agents, including generative answers, actions and knowledge sources
• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365
• Support Power Platform ALM, governance, security and deployment
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions

Essential Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate
• Strong Power BI and DAX experience
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience
• Experience developing enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, environments and governance
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and become productive quickly

Desirable

• Copilot Studio / AI agent experience
• Power Automate Desktop / RPA
• Azure Dev Ops, Git or CI/CD
• SQL and data engineering experience
• Microsoft Power Platform or Fabric certifications

Interview Process

One-stage face-to-face interview, approximately 90 minutes, including a short Power Platform scenario exercise covering areas such as Power BI/DAX, Dataverse modelling and Copilot Studio.
