MPA Recruitment is currently recruiting a Domestic Services Supervisor to support community facilities across the Larne area.

The successful candidate will oversee domestic services within adult centres, day centres, health centres and community mental health offices, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, infection control and staff performance are maintained.

• Monday to Friday
• £12.71
• 15 hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Holiday allowance

• Supervising domestic staff across several community locations
• Organising staff cover for holidays, sickness and absences
• Monitoring cleaning and infection control standards
• Completing staff timesheets and maintaining records
• Ordering cleaning products, materials and equipment
• Supporting and training members of the domestic team
• Ensuring health and safety and COSHH procedures are followed

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• At least three years’ experience within a service industry or a relevant supervisory qualification
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, infection control and COSHH
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
