Caterpillar in Larne is seeking experienced Production Operatives for temporary, ongoing roles. The position offers a 4-day week (Mon–Thu) with day or night shifts and hourly pay rates plus benefits.
Responsibilities include assembling generator sets, reading drawings, and working across several areas while maintaining safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with hand and power tools, strong teamwork and the ability to work overtime.
