Process Technician

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting Process Technicians to join a growing manufacturing business based in Larne. This role is ideal for someone with previous manufacturing or production experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining excellent safety standards. As the Process Technician you will:
Operate production machinery in line with standard operating procedures. Set up machinery. Carry out product quality checks to ensure specifications are met. Accurately record production data, downtime and scrap. Report machine faults, defects and safety concerns promptly. Support continuous improvement and waste reduction activities.

You will have:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience operating production machinery. Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work shifts where required. A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
