Standard
Hours:
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
Pay Rates:
Shift Patterns (Must be willing to work both Days and Nights):
- Day Shift: Monday 07:00 – 17:15 | Tuesday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:45
- Night Shift: Monday 21:00 – 07:15 | Tuesday – Thursday 21:00 – 06:45
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases.
- Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures—often without the aid of detailed prints or fixtures.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan your work sequence effectively.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices.
- Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings.
- Strong practical arithmetic skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required.
- Previous experience operating within a Lean manufacturing environment.
- Experience using slinging equipment and cranes to transport heavy fabrications safely.
- Comfortable working from heights and using measuring tapes/squares to check high-precision work.
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and excellent work organization skills.
- 3-Day Weekends Every Week (Work Monday to Thursday)
