We're looking for skilled Welders to join a world-class manufacturing team in Larne on an ongoing, high-reward assignment. Responsibilities
Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases.
Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures-often without the aid of detailed prints or fixtures.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan your work sequence effectively.
Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organisation practices.
Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values.
Qualifications
Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings.
Strong practical arithmetic skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required.

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) - 3-Day Weekends!
Compensation:
Day
Shift: £18.67/hr
Night
Shift: £24.89/hr
Overtime Rate OT1.5 : £28.01/h for the first 10 hours)
Overtime Rate OT2.0 : £37.34/h After 10 hours)
