Pay Rate : £17.42 per hour - Night Shift Pay Rate : £23.23 per hour
- Overtime Rate OT1.5 : £26.13 per hour
- Overtime Rate OT2.0 : £34.84 per hour
- Please note overtime rate are not applicable until 37.5 hour week has been worked
Working as part of a precision assembly team, you will:
- Build & Integrate:
Assemble, fit, and adjust generator sets (Gensets), fuel systems, and radiators. - Interpret:
Read and follow complex engineering prints and sketches to plan your build sequence. - Use Precision Tools:
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to ensure every component meets the "Gold Standard" of quality. - Improve:
Collaborate with the team on 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives to keep the facility world-class.
- Qualifications:
A formal Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant mechanical field. - Experience:
Proven experience in assembly or fitting (ideally within a lean manufacturing environment). - Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional attention to detail and an uncompromised commitment to safety and quality standards. - Mindset:
Comfort working at heights or in enclosed spaces when required by the build.
