Job Description - Bookkeeper-Auxiliary )
Responsibilities- Bookkeeper will be responsible for the checks and balances of the Gift Shop and Auxiliary for audit control purposes.
- Attending Gift Shop Advisory Committee and staff meetings.
- Preparing and presenting reports as required.
- Must be accurate and accountable for financial record keeping, check writing, etc.
- Make bank deposits.
- Preparing the monthly and annual financial reports in association with the Treasurer.
- Understanding double entry bookkeeping and Quicken software.
- Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum Experience:
One year bookkeeping experience preferred.
