Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeper will be responsible for the checks and balances of the Gift Shop and Auxiliary for audit control purposes.
  • Attending Gift Shop Advisory Committee and staff meetings.
  • Preparing and presenting reports as required.
  • Must be accurate and accountable for financial record keeping, check writing, etc.
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Preparing the monthly and annual financial reports in association with the Treasurer.
  • Understanding double entry bookkeeping and Quicken software.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum Experience:

    One year bookkeeping experience preferred.
