• Hold a presiding role in coaching the project team, holding responsibility for managing your project from inception to close with detailed knowledge of each project phase and process.
• Site, personnel, and sub-contractor management, acting as the project point person for Pavilion's clients and their architect.
• Preside over the critical pre-construction meetings, establishing expectations among all project stakeholders.
• Develop a management plan for the project using the vast array of Pavilion construction management tools and software, such as Viewpoint Construction Software, MS Projects, Pro Contractor, and the MS Office suite.
• Lead the project from start to finish and mentor critical roles serving you, the Superintendent and Engineer.
• Interface regularly with Pavilion clients and supportive team members, contributing to a vibrant and growing company.

• Can demonstrate 2+ years of experience working on multi-family/senior housing/hospitality projects.
• Previously performed the role of a project engineer, project manager, or superintendent.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), estimating software, and construction accounting software programs.
• 2 years of post-graduate education (e.g., trade school, apprenticeship, etc.) is a plus.
• Have a winning attitude, a positive problem-solving approach, and enjoy working in a team environment.
