We’re looking for a compassionate Part‑Time Optometrist to support our mobile care operations in Las Cruces, NM and surrounding areas. This highly flexible, low‑frequency role is perfect for a provider seeking extra income, a change of pace from a traditional practice, or meaningful work that gives back.

No admin. No practice overhead. No fuss. Just patient care. CMC provides all equipment, supplies, scheduling, transportation planning, and billing support. You show up, make an impact, and head home.

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision evaluations
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses
• Educate patients and facility staff on preventive and routine eye care
• Deliver warm, respectful care tailored to geriatric populations

• Low frequency:
  Just 1–2 visits per month
• Work‑life balance:
  Predictable weekday schedule (approx. 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
• High‑impact care:
  Serve seniors and vulnerable populations who often lack access
• Independent contractor:
  Keep your autonomy without administrative burdens

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) with an active New Mexico license
• Experience with geriatric populations or mobile care a plus
• Strong communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently with confidence and compassion
