The locum tenens OBGYN opportunity in New Mexico
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Duration: September 2024 and ongoing
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a-5p with call, one week per month
Shift: 1-2 weeks per month
Call: 1 in 4, 1 weekend per month + 1 week per month. About 4-5 calls per 24 hour shift.
Patient volume: Clinic avg: 25 patients
call back avg per 24 hour shift: 1-2. 40-45 deliveries per month. Patients will be unassigned and assigned patients as this OB group is the only group covering call
Scope: Clinic + call, +inpatient privileges
EMR: Hospital is on Cerner, Clinic is Athena
Group/support: no midwives, 3 OBGYN s, 1 GYN only, no APP s
Requirements (boards, license): Must be Certified or truly board eligible, must be comfortable with Clinic + call, Active NM license
Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities
