• Project Management & Leadership – Oversee execution of stormwater and green infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Subject Matter Expertise – Apply deep technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges, guiding project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Hydrologic, Geomorphology & Hydraulic Analysis – Lead detailed studies supporting sustainable water management and provide solutions for stormwater infrastructure.
• Engineering Design & Modeling – Use industry-leading software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM) to design and model infrastructure solutions.
• Construction Management & Cost Estimating – Support project budgeting, prepare cost estimates, and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client Interaction & Relationship Building – Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Professional Experience – 5-15 years in surface water engineering, stormwater management, or green infrastructure design.
• Licensure – Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering.
• Project Management Expertise – Proven track record of managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Technical Proficiency – Advanced skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, ArcGIS, and related tools; familiarity with UDFCD/Mile High Flood District processes and local drainage agencies.
• Leadership & Mentoring – Experience leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance.
• Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly and manage client expectations.
• Problem‑Solving & Innovation – Strategic thinker who excels at solving engineering challenges with innovative, sustainable solutions.
