Overview
Sierra Lobo, offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies. We also develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems. Our customers include the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
This position will be located at NASA’s White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) in the Technical Services Department.

ResponsibilitiesCompiles, records, monitors, and reports Measurement Standards and Calibration Laboratory (MSCL) and Component Services Section (CSS) Production Data for:
- Customer Orders
- Work Tickets
- Individual workload summary production data
- Branch production data
- Turn Around Time (TAT) data
- Customer reported priority data
- Over time request
Schedules workload for MSCL and CSS Branches.
Schedules and or attends relevant Departmental production meetings relevant to MSCL and CSS.
Sorts and distributes work tickets relevant for the operation of MSCL and CSS Branches.
Calculates, writes, and presents relevant production and scheduling data from the MSCL and CSS data base as required.
Maintains, scans (including E-copies) and files relevant documents and reports.
Prepares and or presents detailed work schedules.
Prepares, initiates and assists relevant purchase order and purchase cards requisitions for the MSCL and CSS Branch Managers.
Assists the MSCL and CSS Managers as required for the support of production data.
Project Lead (PL) support as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in the field of specialization and a mimimum of two years of experience in a related field.
Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Use of computer, printer, scanner, telephone, filing cabinets, and other standard office equipment.
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Calibration Management System (CMS).
