We are a successful physician-owned clinic that understands our limitations. We excel at medicine, but we are not experts in physical therapy—you are. We are looking for a DPT to join us as a true clinical partner, take complete ownership of our new PT service line, and share directly in the success you create.

• Competitive Base Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate (negotiable, in the range of $48 - $65/hr
  ) to ensure your financial stability from day one.
• Direct Profit Sharing: You will earn a substantial, pre-agreed percentage of the net revenue from the physical therapy practice. Your success is our success, and your compensation will directly reflect the growth you drive.
• Equity & Ownership Track: The practice will be structured as a distinct business entity and includes a clear, defined path to equity ownership. We want you to have a true slice of ownership in the practice you build.

• Your Practice, Our Support: Take the lead with 100% clinical autonomy. You will build the practice, define the treatment philosophies, and lead patient care. We provide the space, the administrative backbone, and a built-in stream of referrals.
