Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting

Manage ventilators
, high-flow oxygen
, and BiPAP systems

Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms

Apply the ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes

Float to IMC as needed

Document using the Med Host EMR system

ACLS & BLS certifications

Strong skills in rhythm interpretation
, ventilator management
, and critical thinking

Comfort managing patients with advanced disease processes

Willingness to work night shifts and float between units as needed

Cardiac background
, especially with IABP and Impella

CRRT competency

TNCC certification

Familiarity with Med Host EMR
