Memorial Medical Center of Las Cruces
Clinical Dietician-Outpatient Food and Nutrition -
Responsibilities- Plans, organizes and monitors patient nutritional care in assigned outpatient areas. Provides nutrition services for Memorial Wellness Center.
- Minimum Education:
B.S., B.A. or higher degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Food and Nutrition. Successful completion of internship accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certification within 90 days of hire. - Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 1 year as a practicing registered dietitian preferred. Teaching or seminar development and delivery experience. Experience with multi-level programs preferred. - Certification/Licensure:
Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Licensed Dietitian with the State of New Mexico. Certification in Weight Management within 180 days of hire.
