Outpatient Therapist

Families and Youth Innovation Plus (FYI+) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full‑Time Therapist with a flexible schedule to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapy services to children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples, and/or families. We are expanding services to all age groups and welcome people with diverse expertise. The ideal candidate will also have a deep‑rooted understanding of treating participants from a trauma‑responsive lens.
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team on a full‑time basis. This position will have flexibility to set your own work schedule and opportunity to work days, evenings, and Saturdays. Compensation is based on hours worked, including both direct client care and administrative time. FYI+ is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Grant Site. Our agency's therapists work with case managers and other support providers to meet participants' basic needs as well as offering therapy, crisis services, and other supportive services.
Responsibilities- Maintain a full‑time caseload of 22-25 individual clients hours a week
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans
- Implement patient interventions based on assessment, patient input and in conjunction with the treatment plan team
- Provide therapy sessions to clients using evidence‑based practices
- Maintain written accurate and up‑to‑date clinical records on individual services and prepare written reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, team members, and other staff and service providers regarding client care
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly, including evenings and/or Saturdays
- Enthusiasm for working within a CCBHC model and contributing to community‑based care
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Current New Mexico State Licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for working within a CCBHC model and contributing to community‑based care
- Flexible scheduling
- Supervision hours for additional licensure/certifications

Salary: MA/MS + License Salary: $55,000 - $66,550 (3 levels based on experience and education). Independent License Salary: $70,000 - $84,700 (3 levels based on experience and education). FLSA Status:
Salaried/Exempt.
