Position: Integrated Behavioral Health Provider - (17-03)

La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is an FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, La Clinica has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. To empower and enrich families, individuals, and communities by providing quality medical, dental, behavioral health and educational service for people of all cultures.

This position will be at Centennial High School.

Exempt

Up to $67,331.63

Job Summary

Performs assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups; coordinates with and provides education to support system and community agencies in relation to patient care; assists in staff orientation and training; assists in team supervision and provides feedback to assist in planning, development, and implementation of services for their program.

  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Considerable knowledge of various models of brief clinical interventions, crisis intervention, and short-term models using individual, group, and familial approaches in the primary care setting.

  • Exhibit skills in comprehending, interpreting, and completing delegated tasks efficiently.
  • Self-starter; must have the ability to work independently and follow-up on all work assignments.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure without losing sight of objectives.

  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively on a multi-disciplinary team and with the community.
  • Reliable; exhibits good attendance.
  • Personable, models respect when interacting with others.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion as a rule.
  • Familiar with all personnel and program policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or another behavioral health related field.
  • Possess one of the following New Mexico licenses: LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.
