Behavioral Health Clinician (LPCC or LMFT) Counselor – Integrated Care, Evening Hours

Full-time, in-clinic therapist position in Las Cruces, NM, focusing on behavioral health within an integrated, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care team.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, MI, trauma models) to adults and adolescents with moderate-to-high acuity cases.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support co-occurring substance use cases in collaboration with medical staff and community partners.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, crisis intervention, safety planning, and documentation.
• Work evening shifts (Mon–Thu or Mon–Fri), with some flexibility, to improve access for working families.

Requirements: independent LPCC or LMFT license in NM, experience with trauma or SUD preferred, ability to work with diverse populations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
