Release Engineer

At Industrial Partners, the Release Engineer owns the problem end to end, from the first Type Script prototype to the 3 a.m. pager that never rings. If you have 6 years in technology, this full-time job offers $84,000 - $126,000 plus the room to lead and grow.

• Monitor system health and set up alerting for hands-on production environments
• Translate hardworking business requirements into technical specifications and tasks
• Decide when to buy Git Lab CI versus build it for Industrial Partners's Las Cruces, NM stack
• Design Redis APIs other Las Cruces, NM teams will still thank you for next year
• Containerize applications and manage deployments with PHP and Type Script

• A Las Cruces grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
• Practical command of Type Script, with bonus points for Ruby
• A NM work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume

Half the technology platforms in NM quietly depend on something Industrial Partners built in Las Cruces with deeply-bought-in care. Every voice in the NM office gets airtime, especially the ones still finding their volume.

The offer reads $84,000 - $126,000, plus the soft stuff that hard-wins loyalty: coaching, coverage, and a flexible full-time rhythm.

The team just got the green light to hire, and this Release Engineer role is first up.
