Job OverviewWe are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. This role focuses on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and related risk areas. Responsibilities include handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, forging relationships with vendors, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.
Responsibilities- Managing complex litigation and documenting case strategy.
- Drafting motions and briefs.
- Taking depositions and conducting oral arguments.
- Leading settlement negotiations and trying cases.
- Risk mitigation counseling and regulatory privacy litigation support.
- Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, creative mind and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Relocation to Madison, WI required; fully reimbursed.
- COVID‑19 vaccination preferred.
