In‑House Litigation Attorney

Join Epic as an In‑House Litigation Attorney based on our Madison, WI campus. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance for candidates who relocate to Madison.

As a senior litigator and counselor, you will help Epic navigate legal risks as we expand our offerings. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel the company on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and grow rapidly.

• Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
• Provide legal counsel on competitive strategy and evolving industry.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and oral arguments.

• 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
