Lead - Recruitment & Delivery at Seneca Resources

Salary Range: $180,000 – $200,000

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI required, with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI with CI Poly strongly preferred)

Client Information: The program is in support of the Intelligence Community. Client name cannot be disclosed due to the sensitive nature of the program.

Relocation: Lump sum assistance between $10,000 – $15,000

Supervisory

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope. This position oversees a workforce of approximately 80 employees and is designated as a Key Position on the contract, contingent on client approval.

Additional Notes: Las Cruces offers a low cost of living and is located approximately 45 miles from El Paso – TX, providing convenient access to a larger metro area while maintaining an affordable lifestyle.

Summary of

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a moderate-risk Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract, including construction, procurement, and Central Plant operations.
  • Supervise Fluor and subcontractor staff on a secure U.S. Government site.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Client Plant Manager and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead maintenance, modifications, and outage activities in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure integration of maintenance planning with plant/power operations.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Oversee accurate project reporting, invoicing, and close-out activities.
  • Collaborate with Project Controls to manage cost, schedule, change control, and risk.
  • Assist in defining and coordinating program staffing needs.
  • Lead technical and commercial proposal development, including execution plans and estimating.
  • Willingness to travel for business as required.
