Job Description:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all emergency services, including Emergency Department, Trauma Care, and Disaster Management.
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure efficient patient flow, safety, and quality outcomes.
- Lead capacity planning, resource optimization, and service expansion initiatives.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and disaster response readiness in alignment with national and regional guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, paramedics, and support staff.
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Address staffing challenges, conflict resolution, and employee engagement within emergency services.
