We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our Corbett Center Location and work full‑time 40 hours per week with open availability and flexibility.
What You’ll Do- Oversee branch operations, including teller and financial platform functions, ensuring all member needs are met in accordance with department expectations.
- Develop and support department and organizational initiatives to deliver exceptional member service and a needs‑based sales culture.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to existing and potential members using a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members’ financial needs.
- Lead team members through daily monitoring, coaching, and development to ensure the team is a professional and friendly resource for member questions and issues, building trust through everyday interactions.
- Evaluate all branch activities to ensure compliance with law, regulations, credit union policies, procedures, and objectives, and recommend changes as needed.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of branch operations including teller functions, consumer lending, sales, and service techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information, and resolve problems.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience in development, performance management, training, and employee counseling.
- Excellent organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internal systems.
