Anesthesiology - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

• Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing, must be willing to work weekends and take call
• Job Setting: 250 beds
• Types of Cases: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional (cardiac and thoracic excluded);
  Adult and Pediatric General Anesthesia;
  Spinal Anesthesia;
  Epidural Anesthesia;
  Obstetrical Cases;
  Neurosurgical cases (Spine required, Head preferred);
  Complex vascular cases;
  Complex orthopedic cases;
  Ventilation management;
  Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; must be enrolled in NM Patient Compensation Fund (PCF)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified with at least one year of experience
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
• Licensure: Active NM license required (obtaining a license takes 6 months if new to practice; otherwise approximately 3 months). Provider must live 90+ miles from facility
