• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Manage ventilators
  , high-flow oxygen
  , and BiPAP systems
• Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms
• Apply the ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to IMC as needed
• Document using the Med Host EMR system

• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Strong skills in rhythm interpretation
  , ventilator management
  , and critical thinking
• Comfort managing patients with advanced disease processes
• Willingness to work night shifts and float between units as needed

• Cardiac background
  , especially with IABP and Impella
• CRRT competency
• TNCC certification
• Familiarity with Med Host EMR
