American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring an active NM or compact RN license and at least 2 years of L&D experience.
Requirements- Active RN license (NM or compact) required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
- AHA certifications required
- Must be fingerprinted prior to hire per New Mexico state requirement, with documentation of processing
- May begin on a 14-day waiver while awaiting fingerprint results, under supervision
- Hospital-based Labor and Delivery unit
- 13-week assignment with night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Facility is a Joint Commission accredited, 199-bed hospital with a Chest Pain Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center
- Weekly orientation held on Mondays
- Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for the travel rate
- Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at the local rate
- Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time during the assignment
