Canvassing Manager
to lead a high-performing field sales team in residential solar. This is a field-based leadership role requiring a mix of
door-to-door sales skills, team management, and performance accountability
.
- $3,000/month base salary (upon meeting performance benchmarks)
- Lucrative commission structure – high payouts per solar installation
- Bi-weekly pay schedule
- Average total compensation:$6,000–$10,000+/mo
- Career advancement path to Regional Manager
- Industry-leading training, tools, and mentorship
- Actively engage in door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
- Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs
- Manage team reporting, tracking, and daily goals
- Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity
- Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
- Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
- Strong communicator, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments
- Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save
